3. Who can register on Manala.lk?

Any Sri Lankan citizen or person of Sri Lankan origin, aged 18 years or above, and legally eligible to marry, can create a profile on Manala.lk.

4. How do I create a profile?

Creating a profile is simple:

  1. Visit www.manala.lk.
  2. Click "Register" and fill in your basic details.
  3. Verify your mobile number.
  4. Add your personal details, Description, Parents Details and Sibling Details.
  5. Select the Payment package and pay.
  6. You can select online payment method or bank transfer.
  7. If you paid using bank transfer, you have to send the photo of the receipt to our Whats App number. (0701442222)
  8. We activate your profile within 12 hours.
  9. Then, you can login to your profile and Upload your three photos, Horoscope and ID.
  10. Then, you can send requests to others. You will receive requests from others also. If both parties are agree, photos, horoscope and telephone numbers are visible. (ID is visible to admin of manala.lk only)

5. Can parents or guardians create profiles for their children?

Absolutely. Parents, guardians, or siblings can register and manage profiles on behalf of their family members — provided they do so with consent and accurate information.

6. Is my personal information safe?

Yes. Your privacy is our top priority. All data shared on Manala.lk is protected using encryption and secure servers. You can also choose who can see your profile photo or contact details through privacy settings.

7. Do I have to pay to use Manala.lk?

Yes, We have three Paid membership plans.

8. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept secure online payments via:

  • Local payment gateway. (Payhere)

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment partners.

  • We accept bank deposit also.

9. How are matches shown?

Our intelligent algorithm suggests matches based on your age, religion, language, education, and lifestyle preferences. You can also search manually using custom filters to find profiles that best fit your expectations.

10. How do I contact another member?

Once you find a suitable profile, you can:

  • Send an interest request to express your intent.
  • You will receive requests from others also. If both parties are agree, photos, horoscope and telephone numbers are visible.

11. How do you verify user profiles?

We conduct automated verification using phone number, and optional ID proof. Suspicious or fake profiles are reviewed and removed immediately to ensure a safe and authentic community.
